Colour Maintenance

Where colour consistency describes the initial, or first power on colour consistency between light sources, colour maintenance refers to the change in colour over time. Just like with lifetime we see a relationship to LED light source temperatures. Managing those temperatures is key to achieving lifetime and colour maintenance, this is about good thermal design and management, or heatsinking.
