Shortlisted in the KIT - Exterior category of the tenth darc awards is Cu-Pip. The design of this product came from a desire to create a simple, pared-back spike light. One that maintains precise focus with no risk of slipping or subsiding. Building on our established Pipien product's robust architecture, Cu-Pip's miniature IP66 rated module offers a range of colour temperatures and site-changeable optics. It is suspended within a carefully sliced single copper housing which integrates both the ground spike and anti-glare snoot in one simple, pragmatic component. With its natural finish, compact form, and elegant cable exit, the Cu-Pip almost disappears into any landscape. Very proud to introduce this! This is a flexible training offering, we can hold online sessions (~1 hour), we can host you here in Edinburgh, or we can come to you. The lighting industry is developing more and more product sustainability data, yet we still hear these sorts of questions: ❓ How can I use this data for sustainability performance comparison and decision making? ❓What product level sustainability information is out there? ❓With EPDs how do I handle the energy in use-related environmental impacts in product selection and project planning? To help you answer these, we can look at topics like: ✔️ Navigating environmental assessment and communication formats ✔️Providing dedicated sessions on lighting remanufacturing and related environmental benefits ✔️How Stoane Lighting can support you early on in projects with sustainability assessment services, to establish which route/approach has a lower impact.
