The task of intervening in this space was not taken lightly.

Whilst we re-engineered aspects of chill beam integrated fittings to the side of reception, it is the 18 x 3.2m long 100mm² pendants that draw attention. Careful prototyping and site tests ensured successful development of the pendants themselves whilst in parallel we developed a design and installation strategy for the suspension and power distribution frame.

Everything was hand built and delivered to pass through limited access doors. We oversaw the integration of 4 synchronised winches within the floor structure of the 5th floor offices. Winching allowed staged installation without extensive scaffolding and permits easy annual maintenance and cleaning.
