Selfridges Menswear

We are regularly asked to produce feature fittings for high-end retail and hospitality venues, particularly for destination stores such as Selfridges London. Here we were asked to respond to a brief by Nulty+ for 3 x Ø1.9m pendants in white and 1 x Ø9m pendant in black. Via a prototyping process, we were able to develop a suitable effect by creating a light chamber powered with reliable constant voltage, flexible LED strips and refracting the light outwards via specially developed acrylic nodes. Good appreciation of lighting regulations and British Standards meant we were able to keep suspensions very minimal and still comply. Visible fixings were kept to a minimum, as were joins, whilst light spill was designed out
